stupif SAFC2 question

hey guys, i bought a SAFC2 to tune my car to run more efficent, but, untill i can get it tune by a wideband/dyno i would like to see it physically do something.. after all i spent alot of money on it! - lol
anyways, just for the heck of it, i want to see if it is possible for my rx to shoot flames, although all my cats are removed, and have run straight pipes i have no glow!
anyways, what would be the best way to tune the SAFC2 to see some flames
and, is it ok to richen up the fuel mixture? - for the car that is..
thanks!

but really at page 36 of your SAFC 2 manual, you may find a way to do it during deceleration.
