HELP! i dont know what im doing.

Im good with engine work but when it comes to Electrical aftermarket **** im screwed! I bought a S5 turbo with a S-AFC everthing was stock except for the exhaust when i got it. I upgraded the alternator to a FD one and pput rb spark plug wires, optima battery, intake yatta yatta, and a better custom single exhast.
She was running awesome with leaving the original settings then one very stupid move! i let my friend drive around the "block" 20 mins go by and he calls me telling me my car wouldnt start!! and he said it just did that on its own!
So i try messin around with the S afc and i chose "HOT WIRE" and she started

Now she runs but idles VERY VERY LOW! like between 250-1k SO heres my queston - How do i raise it!?!?!? and how do i optimize my settings please im walking in the dark here.

The "wouldn't start" may be a seperate issue (like flooding or hot start)

I have a copy of the APEXi manual in the "other manuals" folder at the link in my sig.
You can download it & print a copy.

You need to set the S-AFC back to "flap".
You should write down all the current settings, then initialize the S-AFC and reload the settings.
Then go for a short ride & red line it once so the S-AFC will learn the input ranges.
