Question best way to wire for '87 turbo??

I have an '87 turboII and i wanna install my S-AFCII. Before I do that I want to find out the best way to wire it.

Should I wire it to the throttle wire at the ECU or via the TPS?? and more importantly why should I do either??

Should I hookup the knock sensor......I have one don't I?? what advantage is there to this??[the knock sensor dosnt work over like 4500 right?]

any other "tricks" or "off beat tips" i should have??

just as a side note ive installed this unit before so actually doing it shouldn't be hard.

instead of using the tps tap into the pressure sensor before the fcd. For reasoning and more clearity look at some of the first posts in the safc section.

Also, when you wire it, make sure you solder it to the harness. The crimp connectors are worthless.

Yea crimp connectors suck ***, I've had a couple fail in the past. Solder works the best!
