3800 hesitation after SAFC NEO install

well i did a 88 NA swap in my 84 SE and. i installed a SAFC NEO and now im getting the 3800 hesitation, i dont understand everything is hooked up correctly and what even more weird is that as soon as i turn the correction off the hesitation goes away has anyone ever had this sort of issue.

Thanks
Charles

That's a wacky one. The 3800rpm hesitation is a well documented issue with poor grounding in the stock ECU. I'd suggest double checking all the grounds are perfect on the SAFC and ECU.

Also I'd recommend checking your secondary injector/spark cause I had this same hesitation when an injector plug came unplugged.

Anyway good luck
