What qualifications do you need to do this?

I was a corner worker at the Dallas Formula One race in 1983(?) and the only requirement was SCCA membership. Scary.....

 

The requirements are, you have to be 18 or older, and if you say you will be there, you show up and on time. It is pretty easy, we train new people, and if you have done SCCA corner working, you will be way ahead of the curve.

I am also the course marshal for the Grand Prix of Houston, so if you are looking to work the races, I have already started my recruiting.

 

What time does it start? What time of day would we have to be there? When does it end?
I live over in beaumont but would love to drive over and work for one day, it sounds exciting.

 

I returned your email. Start time should be about 7:30am, and we end sometime around 5, but can'rt guarantee, due to delays, like weather, rain, or even an ambulance than ran late.
