Wolf 3D install and tuning in Houston?

As the title says anyone in Houston ever setup or tuned a Wolf 3D here in Houston (or nearby)?

FYI - This is on a Turbo 2

I have figured out that one of the key areas is to heat sheild the loom wires. Seems that many people overlook this crucial step and end up cooking the harness.

I emailed spicracer, he used to run a Wolf on his third gen. If he can give me enough direction on the ins and outs of the ecu install I may be able to help you Keith, tuning it should be a snap. My only concern is the crank angle sensor calibration if it is not a bolton or plug and play affair.

And another thing is to make sure the Injector and Crank Angle sensor wires are sheilded.

Keith,

I just got an email from Carlos so we should talk soon, perhaps I can even get a base map from him.

Kyle,

Did you ever get any info back from Carlos, I'd like to get started on this project and enjoy it a little before this beautiful weather goes away. Thanks, DKJ

Hey Keith, I have that FD Igniter that you will need.

Also I have been looking for a Ignition amp for myself and i have learned that the MSD DIS-2/DIS-4 that you have will not work for a rotary. The fire events happen to fast for the box to spark the Leading and Trailing right after each other, what i am told is it needs at least 40 degrees between spark events.

I would just use the Stock coils and the FD igniter.

If you can find someone that can set it up i will finish the wiring for you. I still dont understand how to upload the map to it.

Also i modded a CAS for your car, the way that it is wired right now will work but isnt the best from what i have heard, so I have the CAS for it.

Also I will be off Wed and Thrusday i may try to drop by early thrusday to finish up the coil stuff. But i am kinda at a lost on the map loading.

Carlos and I talked but it's been so long that I would have to contact him again. He is back from assignment so maybe we can get this going. PM me about all the details ... CAS, wolf version, etc
