Transporting an FD?

Im going to be buying an Fd single turbo from arizona and plan on driving it back to houston. Seeing as how it is starting to cool down outside, i dont see this being harnful to the car. I only plan on driving about 8-9 hours a day. And not driving it hard at all. What do ya'll think. also im in houston which is about 1200 miles away.

I think if it doesn't make the trip, it wasn't worth buying in the first place.

Carry some extra water (a gallon or two) and make sure your temp guages work. If you have mechanical water and oil then all the better.

Other than that good luck and watch out for DPS. Make sure to bring it out to a club meeting and show it off. (see stickied threads)

Whats your spending limit for a highly modified FD? Mine will be on the market pretty soon.

I dont have a spending limit necessarily, i think that i would rather buy one not so modified and do it myself so that i no it is done right.
