Anyone interested in a Stillwater or Oklahoma City meet?

im just bored and wanted to see if there's any interest

 

Aww man, sorry to hear you're by yourself. I'd be down with organizing a meet some weekend with DFW and OKC groups somewhere in the middle. Preferably before we hit high summer temps. Lake Texhoma? idk...just thinking out loud.

 

so like somewhere south of OKC? this is probably going to turn into a 2 hour drive for me lol

 

Im pretty much in the same boat, I live in ponca city but there are no rx7 around at all. Theres been a few meets down in OKC.

 

if i can get enough interest id like to put a meet together, maybe the OKC guys would like to join in?

 

OK, so how about in the next couple months we get everyone who is interested in Oklahoma (within driving distance, obviously) and all the rotor-heads in DFW (or beyond) and have some kind of BBQ get together.

I know these things can get a little screwy with planning, but what if everyone brought their own stuff to eat and drink and just threw in on charcoal/propane, whatever? That would take a lot of the work out of the equation.

Thoughts?

BTW, Did you just start school up there? I love Stillwater....my cousin just graduated from there! Very cool town.....loads of good looking women. Must be all Texan transplants... jk!
