I talked with steve on the phone and the deposit is $200 per car and I need to make a detailed list of the cars. and i need to let him know 3 weeks in advance. the dates are 6th and 7th or 13th and 14th on January 2007. We need to plan for a dyno? BBQ? lets get to the brainstorming.

I should get the Bar/deli so everyone can get out the cold and sit/eat while the cars are outside but there is no rack , so if you need to work on your car not here .Plenty of parking. If not then maybe it could be a Freddy's Meineke , but he would have to approve because of limited parking and blocking up work on those days.Only he can offer , as I offer my local.

That's two late for me im deploying late jan and will be leaving it with my mom 600 miles away

 

Spoke to Freddie and he said his shop will not be available as too many cars will not be ready... Not enough space. You guys are welcome to check with him but that was his response yesterday.

Cars that will not be ready: Mine, Freddies and one other I forget name.

Does anyone besides John need this in such a hurry?

I guess I could really try to light a fire under my *** and have it done by the 14th. If we could wait about another month that would be great. Is the 14th really the latest time available? If it is then count me in, looks like a few sleepless nights ahead of me....

Yep. Well, mine's not tuned at all. I can't even get much boost, even thogh I've been messing with this thing for a month. I just got a wideband, though. That should help. But, I would rather Steve tune it. I looked and gainer_reniag has started similar threads before and nothing came of it. So, I'm trying to figure out whether or not this is really going to happen.

Im going on leave on the 15th so ill be gone for a couple weeks but im coming back on the 2nd or 3rd. Went to the track last night! Even though I cant stay on the throttle I got 116.4 MPH. I have the POS HKS cast log that wont dump enough so that I can keep it down to 14.
12.4 ....1/4 spinning 1st and 2nd with the hard streets a while trying to feather it through the boost surge and make sure that I dont go over 15 lbs on 93 octane .That makes me short shift around 6500 in 3rd. My AFR 's are good (11.8 at WOT) and timing is good(15). I now need the 3 bar for 20 lbs and C16. I assume Pluto will set me up with LUPE's map.......

It is best to lock down a date since I already have 4-5 groups of people wanting me in Feb.

So far, here are the groups

San Jose Feb 17-18
St. Louis Feb 24-25
Los Angeles
Northern Va
South Florida

The only tenative dates I have are for San Jose (6 people not confirmed yet) and St. Louis (13 people)

I can only do 1 more trip in Feb. Whoever give me the date will get that month. everyone else will have to move earlier or later.
