If anyone from Texas is driving you can meet up with the Phoenix group on Friday for the final 5 hours into LA. We usually leave between 7 and 8 am and arrive in LA just after noon. Let me know if you want to join a caravan of 20-30 cars!!

I did this with you guys when I lived in PHX a few years back. Great buncha people! Even though I was towing a trailer, it was amazing to see so many rotaries on the road at one time. Dallas people should definitely caravan together with the PHX people. The hotels in PHX are cheap and are REALLY nice. It would make the trip a blast!

Edit: HOLY CRAP, September 18th is my birthday too... hmmm.....

OK, SS13 is now just a little over a month away. Bumping this to the top to see who all is making the RT DFW to SS13 drive.

List

If it's a really really small trailer and really really small car, AJ could maybe tow it there.

So who is on to make this trip beside AJ and myself? So much more fun if there is more than 1 car, even more fun if more than 2 cars, and even then more fun if more than 3 cars.

Well maybe we could weld a ball on to the roll bar and pull a goose neck with Marshal's car on it.

Looks like it's just us...

Just talked to Chris at RX7.com. He's flying out, but at least another familiar Texas face.

Come on guys and girls. It's so much more fun with a few cars caravan. Also adds a support factor in case a car has a hiccup on the way there or back. I could maybe arrange a free overnight in Tucson to break it up if my brother is in town that week.

From above posts:

patrick2murphy still on? Driving or flying?

RX7SpiritR still on? Driving or flying?

TwistedRotors John? If driving, can connect in El Paso perhaps.

TheCrazyAZN? Hmmmm??

mrb63083? As said in the video, "Trailer? Come onnnnnn. We drive our cars"

Seating capacity.

It would be really great if we could get at least ONE RX8 what with the seating for 4. Would probably have more than one butt to utilize one or more of those extra seats to participate in the gas expense.

Anyone reading this, especially anyone who hasn't gone to at least one 7Stoc, please play the Video in frame #6 above.
