RX-Club of Houston June Meeting - 06/08/2010

Greetings everyone,

This month we are headed back to the 'bird. Freebird's of course!

Will our hero rx7nut take down another "Monster" burrito or will another brave soul step up and carry on the tradition?

As always we welcome all Mazda owners so bring out those other Mazda sportscars.

Where: Freebird's Burritos - Greenbriar and Shepherd @ US59 (3745 Greenbriar Street, Houston TX)

When: Parking lot at 6 PM, dinner to follow after 7 PM.

Sunset is at 8:21 PM so bring those cameras for some great group pics.

Ill try to be there but my car is so damn loud now (Half bridgeport)

 

Can't be any louder than when this showed up to a Freebird's meeting. Just be thoughful coming into and leaving the parking lot and you'll be fine.

 

On another note, when are you gonna update the houstonrx7club site? There are no pics for any of this year's meets. I want to see pics!!!

 

man I really want to go but its like a 4 hour drive for me......

Did this car arrive on a Trailer or did they drive it in?

 

I want to hear it...lol bring it....lol I love hearing loud rotaries.

 

I will add some galleries this weekend. I don't think we got many good pics from the first couple of meets (probably because there wasn't much daylight).

I took quite a few at the last meet though.

It did arrive in a trailer, however the trailer was parked a short distance away. Once a larger portion of the club showed up, he fired it up and rolled it down the street and into the parking lot under it's own power.

Upon departure he got off on the sidestreet across from Freebird's and proceeded to do a full on drag launch in the car. I was certain we were going to jail after that one, but it all went fine.

Im not gonna make it to this one guys, testing her today i broke one of my oil cooler lines and cant order them till tomorow so cant make it.

Somebody got oil cooler lines for sale???

This would have been a great event to bring my FD to... sometimes **** floats!
