I have the ecu connectors ordered. Haven't heard it run since October... need to fire it up.

John - consider this an official memo. WE (the team) need to get together and discuss the hard facts of financing a T2 drivetrain for February and come to a decision.

I have some ideas.

so whats the official day for the lemons party? someone needs to give me directions. never been to one of these parties... do i need to bring anything?

 

Beer is always welcome, however, not a requirement. Bring whatever you want to drink.

Stuff to do:

1. Bring beer. Lots of beer. Bud Light is preferred. Arriving with no beer is cause for immediate ejection from the premesis.

2. Field trip to retrieve parts for the Lemon from a Top Secret Location:
a. T2 Starter
b. T2 Slave Cylinder
c. T2 Driveshaft
d. T2 LSD
e. T2 Axles
f. 5 lug swap parts and brakes

3. Pull engine and transmission from Lemon

4. Remove clutch and flywheel from Lemon. The NA ACT XTREME Clutch Pressure Plate and ACT 4 Puck Sprung Disc are for SALE!

5. Remove oil pan from engine and reseal it.

6. Rewire of S4 body harness to mate with FD engine harness.

7. Are we drinking beer or what???

8. Remove NA diff... throw it as far as possible.

9. Remove NA Axles

10. Install T2 axles.

11. Install T2 Diff. Weld the diff mount solid for good measure.

12. Install Turbo flywheel to engine.

13. Prepare pit vehicle for its top secret mission and Lemon for its top secret auxiliary power unit.

14. By this time I should be pretty buzzed and I reserve the right to generally be a Tyrant and order people around while I watch.

15. No clutch yet for the Lemon - so its a good time to stop, drink some more beer, play Guitar Hero, and screw around with the FD.

 

got the day off Saturday so I am free all day Saturday to put some wrench time into the Lemon. Just let me know what time to come by Scott. Also, PM with ur address again my brother says he knows how to get to ur house but i just want to be sure

plan is to show up tomorrow sometime b4 noon. I just called Scott and he is that is cool with him. So show up at Scott's house at around 11:00-12:00 or later if u can't make it at that time. As of today we have scored most of a T2 drivetrain / 5 lug swap.

As soon as we get a T2 clutch, we pull the old stuff off the Lemon and put the new stuff on.

 

Hows the SE running now that the idle is better?
