Hey guys, I'm just plain out frustrated with my car at this point. I honestly just don't feel like working on it any more. Do y'all know of any rotary shops even remotely close to the Mississippi gulf coast area?

 

Look at rx7 club of new orleans and they list a couple. I have been trying to contact them about doing repairs to my car but i guess the Holidays have their schedules messed up. Good luck and if you find someone that will take some work please let me know.

 

Try searching for Cat 5 Motorsports, Ive heard great things about them! I believe they are around the New Orleans area. Good Luck.

Cat 5 is listed on rx7 club of N.O. web site. I got a e mail from Freddie with them saying he would look at my car but I have not gotten a reply to set up a time or his location. They also list DCP motorsports, I left them messages also but have not heard back yet. Holidays may be the problem. I'm going to keep trying. My car is a 87 na that I just put the engine in. It's making a knocking noise when I accelerate hard in all gears. Also I just put a Racing Beat down pipe and presilencer on and now my aux accuators arent working although I have the tube from the exhaust hooked up.

Would you have any info on the guy in Ms. or Mobile? Phone, address, or any way to contact them. I need someone to work on my car also but can't find anyone that has ratory knowledge. DCP motorsports listed on RX7 Club of N. O. called back and said he has moved to Dallas because of Katrina. If I don't find a rotaty shop soon I think I may take it to Atlanta.

Art, I know you told me to use Jonathan but I could not get in touch with him. Thats why the search for another shop continued. He contacted me and he is going to look at my car this week. Thanks for your help and everyone elses. After all the great feedback about Jonathan I am glad I will have one of the best looking at my car.

 

Jonathan looked at my car and it is fixed. It took him all of about thirty min to figure it out. If anyone needs work on their car, Jonathan is the man!
