I'd be very interested in signing up for a class to learn how to rebuilt a rotary.

 

That means at 11.30pm in 24 minutes.

 

I'm in Conroe, have a 12A to build and port and would love to be part of this.

 

Any idea of when this is going to start I'm getting and Antsy

 

You can't start a rebuild without an engine pull and teardown.

If you're froggy, hop on down to Alvin and get some engine pulling action!

I'd be willing to help prep up for this... I'm about 1.5 hours but can do it.

 

Surely a couple of more people want to help set up???

Another question, who amongst you in Houston can do porting? Would be nice to port the heck out of my motor while I have it apart...

I just moved to the Houston area to stay a few weeks ago, the FD is soon to follow as is my A-spec single kit! I'm in need of a rebuild soon too... want to use my motor as a rebuild example???

 

Our FD Lemon needs a rebuild.... I'll try to remember to post here when we're going to be ripping into it....

Chuck the engine didn't blow!!! It froze during the Dallas freeze this year. Like a block of ice

 

Maybe to late but I just picked up a rotary for the first time and wouldnt mind taking a trip to houston. This still a plan or has already past?

 

UPDATE: I will be building a motor this Friday at Scott's (7dust) house in Alvin texas. If you want to come watch bring lone start and yourself. Get with me or 7dust for directions. It will be after 6pm at the earliest maybe 7:30 start at the latest.
