Does anyone know of any places that do decent work?

All I want to do is just a factory quality exterior in the same color as original.

Pic of the car is attached, for reference the front bumper is blue, right fender is red and the right headlight cover is unpainted

also, I'm looking for a 99 spec spoiler if anyone has one for sale...
