rebuild engines

anyone in houston, either an individual or a shop knows how to rebuild the 13b?

thanks...i'm just waiting for the inevitable that happens to the 13b and good to know there is someone in houston to fix it.

might be buying an FD with a ccolant seal failure and that means the engine needs to be rebuilt also, so let me know how much that would cost total.
