OKC RX Club Meet Today!! 4/03
Hey guys/gals,
Now that we've had the OKC RX Club going for a few months over in the RX-8 forums I figured it was time to get my butt over here and get you guys up to speed!
I started (with alot of help) the OKC RX Club in August of last year with the aim of getting local rotary owners and enthusists together for good times, fun driving, and conversation about a common passion. Our rotary powered toys! Meets are commonly scheduled in advance via our mailing list (PM me to be added) and often posted in the Forums. The membership structure is very relaxed and cost free. Over the past months we've been successfull with the 8 owners and hopefully we'll get a bunch of other RX owners out there as well! Look forward to hearing from those who are interested and seeing you at at a meet!
Now the skinny on todays activites: (Cross posted from the RX8 Forum)
The OKC RX Club will be having its monthly meet today, 4/03/05 1pm at Lake Hefner. (See attached map) It's going to be a beautiful day and a great meet! Look forward to seeing all the members on our mailing list out there! As always, new members are always welcome!
Tenative Schedule:
1:00pm – 2:00pm Meet and greet at the lake.
2:00pm - ???? Light Lunch / Discussion
???? - ???? Club Cruise
Discussion Agenda:
Meet scheduling. (Locations, Days, Times.)
Event ideas. (Lets get em’ out on the table, Install party, BBQ, Day at the lake, etc.)
Track Day Info (Jeremy ‘Jump120Mph’)
Gripes, complaints (I may have put this thing together, but if you have a better way to do it. Let me know!)
The usual! Everything and anything about our favorite toy!

Rogue, PM me with your E-mail addy and I'll get you on the mailing list. We usually have at least a weeks advance notice via the mailing list, more for some events. I'm really looking forward to getting some of the 7' owners involved. I know there are quite a few of you out there!
