Yeah I've seen you before. I originally had a black 89 FC with blazing orange rims for a bit, you probably saw me around that time, maybe?

And yeah, car scene in Oklahoma? You mean, truck scene, they don't give a crap about cars. It's hard finding folks here who are enthusiastic about anything Japanese, let alone Rotary. XD

If I ever come down to DFW for something (formula D anyone?) Maybe we can meet up. It's only 3ish hours from here to DFW, and they actually don't hate cars there. :P

Oh ok. I think I remember an FC like that. It has been a long time though. I figured it wouldn't be much of a scene there. Yeah man, if you come down this way we can meet up or go to a car event. I can't wait to get one my my cars here in TX. Driving this damn hybrid around is boring, even though it is luxurious and has great gas mileage. I need a loud car with power.

So, there is progress being made on my FD. It is almost done with paint. My GT-R is still in Japan, waiting..

I haven't talked to they guy that said he would hook me up with the inspection. I may need a hookup if that falls through. The FD is expected to ship from CA in about 2-3 weeks. That's if everything goes well.

Here are some pictures of the FD.

Well that's something.

I've had bad luck with my FC lately. It was turning over slowly, so I got it new battery, and that worked for a while, then I got a new starter and it turned over EVEN slower, then I cleaned the grounding wires and now it never starts.

uh...

Bout to do a V8 swap and call it good. LOL :P

Let us know when your car arrives. Maybe by then I'll have a running FC?

Damn, that sucks. I hope you get it sorted out. I will definitely post on here when the car does arrive. I need to start going to meets and socializing again. Having no car friends here kind of sucks.
