Cool. You'll be 'bout 3 hrs south of us DFW guys. Not sure what kind of presence there is in Austin and San Antonio group wise. There's a couple folks down that way but I don't know if there's any group meets per say.

TexasRXs is the group. Meetings used to be the first Wed night of the month at Rudy's on 183, but their website says different. It's been a long time since I was out there.

Meetings are every 4th Tuesday (check Nov. & Dec. dates) at:

**Mangia Pizza** Chicago Room, 8012 Mesa Drive & Spicewood Springs Rd. Austin, Tx. 78731 (www.MangiaPizza.com)(512-349-2126).
http://www.texasrxs.org/

I'm in SA these days and I miss Austin horribly.

If you move outside of travis county you will not have emissions. Not sure if you're looking outside the city or what.

I thought you were able to get it inspected in surrounding counties? If not then you would have to register car outside travis county or just find a hook up which im sure isn't too hard. I live in SA but commute to ATX for work everyday, so hit me up if you wanna go out to a meet. Theres a large one every sat night in ATX

Nope. They ask for proof of residency last time I checked (water bill etc.)
