I live in Fayetteville Arkansas and am looking someone that might be interested in going in on a shop. I found one in Springdale that has 2000sqft for 500.00 a month. If you know anybody or are interested yourself contact me. They don't have to be RX guys but would be nice. This is not as a commercial venture. This is just for hobby cars.

All right, I have one guy who is interested. He is a professor at the U of A. He races an open wheel car he build that runs a rotary. He races over at Hallett. The space we are looking at has 3000 sqft. The rent is 850.00 a month. We need one more person who is interest to go forward. Anyone interested. Three people equal 1000 sqft per person basically. That is like 283.00 a month plus utilities per person.
