93 RX-7 Missing
Hey ya have anyone seen a black rx7 with a fmic, with "greddy" sprayed on it, also a faded hood, and body damage on the driver side? My buddy went AWOL and took the car, he still owes me around 3500, i still have the title under my name and spare key, it was brought from adam hick, from knoxville KY, on speed for sale. My buddy that went awol resides at 291 Holleman Rd. Rose Bud, AR; his name is Josh Mcguyer, he went awol from january 07 and still is; if anyone has information and the wereabout of this car please give me a pm, also if anyone is interested in the car, i will sell it to you for the price that was owe to me by my buddy josh that fucked me over, but the biggest catch is finding the car. That is his residental address i dont think he live there, but his parent does. I believe he is living with his gf, but around AR. here are some pix, enjoy!

^^ I'm ***uming he did that... or would hope that he did. GTA and AWOL... pretty soon I think he will be considered a deserter. Maximum punishment... DEATH (for anybody who ever had to watch the cheesy UCMJ film).

yea right the army called his parent about their son being awol, they are disapointed but do you think they would turn their own son in? They havent even call the company after the nco called his fucken parent to explain the situation. besides him going awol, he has a brother who is awol since 2006. His sister is the only one that doesnt go awol. she's with 2-25 HHC.

dude his name is MCGUYER not mcguyver, dont worry about the yellow under the hood it just a replacement oem from another yellow rx7.

CALL THE COPS AND REPORT THE CAR STOLEN.
Give the cops the license palte number, model make and color, and suspected location to include the address of mommy and daddy...all the info.
If they see him they will stop him. If they stop him, he will be arrested for vehicle theft. Once they do a check of his ID they will find that he is AWOL and will call the unit to find out what the unit wants to do, i.e. ship him to Ft. Campbell or let him go. (If he has been "dropped from the rolls" chances are good he will be let go. Check with the First Sereant to get your buddy's status. Ask Top if your buddy has been dropped from the rolls yet.)
If the unit requests that he be shipped to Ft. Campbell, you will see your buddy again and will have plenty of time to "catch up" on things. Be advised, if you decide to pound some face, you are going to get caught and get nailed by the Company Commander! So be cool.

Tried it, the police said it was a civil suit matter, because I sold the car to him, when he went awol the car was here with me, then he came back on post without telling me, and tow the 7 away. i called him up and he said he'll pay but he been ignoring me for 7 months. What else can i do COL? also he isn't caught yet.
My thought is that the only way to catch him now is if he gets stopped for a traffic violation. The cops will do the ID check, find out that he is AWOL and contact your unit.
As I said in my last message to you, if he hasn't been dropped from the rolls he should be sent back to your unit. If that is the case he has an obligation to pay his just debts.
Have you spoken to your company commander yet?? If not go see him under his "open door" policy and explain the situation to see if there is anything he can do.
If he can't do anything (and I doubt he will be able to because he has to wait until your buddy is back in the unit), then ask him if you can go to the IG to see if the IG has any solutions/answers.

Hmm...their are a few black ones in Dallas, but I havne't spotted any their since i've been the past couple of weeks. I've got the only one in Abilene, so if anything shows up, ill let you know. Also, i'll tell my uncle in AZ to be on the look out. Maybe you should send some emails like Gotham, and Rx7.com to let them know in case it comes in for service or something?
