LA Members List

Just wanted to verify all of the LA Members to see who's who. I drive a 1990 Mazda RX7 GXL with a rx7 decal on the rear hatch.

If anyone in Shreveport needs help with their rotary powered car I'd be more than happy to help anyone out but I can't promise I'll be a lot of help.

I know of a fact there’s two Red FD’s here in Shreveport, One Yellow FD, One Black FD, One Brown FB, One Light Gray FB (my dads), One Yellow FC, One Blue FC.

I have a burgandy 86 GXL..but it's not on the road right now.

I also know of a brown FB..not sure if it's the same as the one you are talking about...but it has the black louvers on the back window.

I have also seen a white FC with exhaust around the Bossier area.

He might have put louvers on it, he drives fast as hell though, older guy too. (FB)

As for the white fc, yeah, I've seen that one too.

I'm in Des Allemands (St. Charles Parish). My car lost a coolant seal a while back, still haven't fixed it. It doesn't look like it will be fixed for a while either considering Katrina just came through. Thankfully, my house is okay.

I know a lot of the Sevens on the Shore guys evacuated safely. I heard that one rotary shop (DCP, IIRC) in under water, but no confirmation on that.

Take care guys.

WHAT TO DO AT THE END of the TRACK

Anybody can drag race. Thats why its so popular. What you can do when the straight-away ends, separates the men from the boys. Road racing / autocrossing is just drag racing with turns.
