Houston RX7/Rotary Club Almost Dead

Two months ago about 4 people showed up. Thus we all went home.
Last night I arrived at 7:15 and saw only a lone FB in the lot with nobody around it. Thus I parked my FD beside it and headed over to Mod Pizza.
I looked around and did not see anyone I recognized. Then went out and sat on a railing in the parking lot near the 2 cars. Waited there for about 30 minutes and no more
cars showed up. Thus I left.

Makes me want to give up on the club after about 30 years of attending!

The Facebook site for the club meet on 8 May lists MOD PIZZA on Taylor St. where it has been held before.
That DOM URL does not work and if it did is not the official posting site for our meets.

New to the area. Anyway, would like to know if this club is still getting together (already posted a note on FB too) or at least someone let me know where to find local meets that feature imports. I like all kinds of cars/models but the constant mustang, camaro, corvette, old muscle cars is getting old. Will like to go to other events that feature more variety like Japanese and European cars. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.

chuck, I was at the May9th meet! There was a small group there. You may have left early.

They used to happen on a monthly basis. I haven't gone since 2013 ever since I moved out of the loop.

I might try to make it out again once we reach 2019 and I can register my car without emissions lol. Been in storage for the past few years with the exception of turning it on twice a month to exercise the engine.
