I used to be one, back in the BBS days before the internet was in everyone's house. I got banned from the only show in town, and with nothing better to do, I kept making new accounts to keep talking to my friends online. They had a pretty sharp co-sysop though, after he nailed me 9 times in a row I got the better of him though. I waited 2 days, then made an account with a girl's name and I didn't get kicked off for the rest of the 3 weeks that my ban lasted.

It almost wasn't worth it though, I got more leghumpers than you would believe, just having a girl's alias. Most of them gave up when I told them I was only into girls. A few just asked for pictures.

That was about when I got into it, but I was only 10 or 11 then. I never got hit with ANSI bombs or sent any out - my favorite trick was in the live chat section that went line by line and was pure ascii based with no graphics, you could type in a sentence, then count the appropriate number of characters and write the next persons name to make it look like they said something that they didn't because of the word wrap - for the rest of you it would look like

Richter12x2> Rx7's are the greatest. *space to the word wrap* (still me typing) -
RotaryNerdette> I think Hondas are better than Mazdas at everything. They give me a special feeling inside.

I think it needs a Guinness sticker on it.

Seriously though, nice clean car, looking good! I presume somewhere there's a box full of lenses for it?

Thanks, it's good to be apart of the community sometime... Yeah, somewhere there are lenses, but I'm gonna go for the JDM flash to pass with the bulb.

I have a couple of these in a box too:

Ooh, nice gauges. I cheaped out and went with Timex. I'm wondering, I went with oil pressure and boost, I'm running 3" down to 2 1/2" duals - I'm thinking I'll have more problem with boost creep than exhaust temperature. :P I'll end up with wideband o2, also, but probably not for a little while. :P

its always a nice easy cruise to hooters (half the people go), I like to call it "takin it easy." we then grab a table (sometimes I have to be an ******* about it, I dont like waiting in line) I dont ever remember anyone talking about an Rx7. lots of beer, it is an Rx7 meet after all, maybe go through 8 pitchers on avg.
Aww man, we usually have 20+ 7's and 8's show up, a few people drive "other" cars.... We eat and talk about how to fix our other 7's that are at home broken (most of up own at least 2)...
Our cars get such horrible gas mileage, we already spent too much money on our cars this month, and Houston traffic generally suck so badly that getting back into our cars and drive more is about the last thing that we discuss doing at the meets. We usually don't cruise... I usually try to roll home with the guys that live near me though. 3 black s5's flying down the interstate is quite a sight!
