Hi. I'm new... and a question...
If you can't tell by the post count I'm new around here. Just recently picked up an 86 Sport to be a dedicated track car. I'm sure I'll be showing up some events once I get the transmission sorted out on the car. Short term is to get the suspension and bushings sorted out. Long term is most likely a V8 swap.
And now for the question: what's the forum's policy on posting about upcoming HPDE days?

Since you are in Dallas, your best options are events at http://www.motorsportranch.com/ and http://www.nasatx.com/
There is some driving schools at TMS but I don't know anything about them.

Post em up or just look at the calendar on the home page of http://www.motorsportranch.com/
I've done Apex before, not bad in my street car but in a race car too much slow traffic and waiting to pass on a straight. I just run as a guest now on friends and shops memberships, when that stops working I'll guess I'll have to join!
If you really want track time and bang for the buck plan on doing a NASA event or two.
