Has anyone heard of Joses rotary?

Has anyone heard of or used Joses Rotary in bossier city LA?

I'm thinking about seeing if he will build me a motor for a project.

He has been around for a long time. I've met him at the track a few times over the years, nice guy. Don't know anyone that has done business with him.
