Anyone with a downpipe have problems passing emissions? I've heard you can not pass with a downpipe.

 

You can pass without the original DP pre-cat.

I have a single turbo with mild porting that passes with a high flow cat and stock air pump.

It all depends on the condition of the parts, or tuning if a non stock ECU is installed as is mine.
