Its probably not your reservoir thats the issue. All of them leak if they get too full. If your coolant system has an air leak it will pressurize the coolant system and blow all the coolant back into the reservoir causing it to overflow. Thats what mine did. All new coolant lines and its fixed.

Easy way to get the bubbles out is to open up the radiator cap when motor is cold and then turn it on, let it idle and bubbles slowly flow out of the system.

el_rotaria, this is your cue to bitch about the way i do things....floor is all yours, so lay on your back and do your thing...

I'm out in my car every wednesday night in my fd at fox plaza along with my former montego blue fd and sometimes a silver fd will roll through and usually a couple of 240s and s2ks. I also go out almost every friday night to the drag strip, not to run but to watch and show off my car of course again with the above listed cars.

All my parts are finally in and the swap has been started. Test fitted the mani with the 35R and block off plates are being done this weekend. Hot Line spindles are already on, gonna wait to finish the motor before i complete the last few bushing, new tie rods, and steering rack spacers.

Who wants to shoot for a cruize the weekend after the 4th of july?

Had to walk away from my build last night...10mm bolt for oil pickup tube broke off, and to make things better....the bolt extracting bit broke as well as i was setting it to twist out broken bolt. Gonna buy a carbide drill bit and drill out the whole damn thing, re-tap it and move on to finish this bitch up....and drink a few beers in the process...

that sounds rough as ****. I had the same issue when i we puttin a new chain and sproket kit on my buddys bike.

Chain breaker snapped, had to use dremel to break old chain. then chain press siezed up, so i had to use channel locks to press the chain together. Straight painful dudes

U gotta show me how to adjust the dyno. Now we know your secret.

Trip was good, cruised about 75-80 avg towing the trailer. Got to the shop and they had an Evo on the dyno doing an E85 tune...damn thing made 540 with little effort..
