sup guys, let me introduce myself here since my intro thread never seems to get posted for some reason. Im Alex and im new to the rotary scene.
I grew up in El Paso and in 10 days i'll be moving back to el paso since i just finished my enlistment and decided not to re-enlist. I have a 94 RX7 with a few bolt-ons and eventually want to do a single turbo conversion. But as for now it's going to remain pretty much as is since i mentioned earlier im not in the military anymore so i need to find a job haha.
I will be staying in the northeast around hondo pass and dyer area so if anyone sees me drivin around feel free to say was up.

damn, well i hope to see some FD's when i come home to el paso in a few days. I've only had the pleasure of seeing one montego blue one w/ a 99 spec lip and a front mount intercooler coming out of one of the gates of Ft. Bliss. really nice btw. wonder if anyone here knows who im talkin about. A picture of the possibly same FD im talkin about was tagged by TSI's facebook page, im sure that's the same one i saw.

Thats funny cause theres like 4 of them that actually get drove. About 9 of them total. Definitely like hondas. It is a nice car for sure. You'll have to come out with me and Tito sometime. We go out quite a bit in our cars. The montego blue one you are mentioning use to be mine and now belongs to tito. It is the same one tagged by TSI. Picture was courtesy of me.

So i thought i blew my motor. But after sanding the car to prep for paint.i went to drive it around (needed more supplies) and everything held up fine. Oil pressure was solid, and the temp gauge never spiked. i am still smoking like a 4 alarm fire out of the exhaust pipe (white/grey smoke), but i think it might be an oil issue within the twins since thats where all of the underhood smoke is coming from.
Thoughts?

It'll be running soon. Just waiting on a new set of bearings, should be here by wednesday. Gonna have everything clean and ready so its just a bearing swap and slap it all back together with a few beers in between.
