(early)DFW RX-7 October 3rd Meet/Cruise
We're gonna do things a little different this time.
WHO: Obvious
WHAT: A meet AND Cruise
WHERE: Where do you guys want the cruise destination?
WHEN: (static) Saturday, October 3rd 2009
(dynamic) What earlier TIME is acceptable for everyone to meet up so we have more time to enjoy the spot we end up at?
WHY: ITS YOUR MEET/CRUISE
I'll make a pic once things are more "solidified"

And I can get started anytime and will cruise to anywhere. Too much of a newb to offer suggestions at this point. Once I understand what y'all are looking for I'll be of more help.
I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone!

Count me in! Last month was my first one, and I wish I'd not waited so long! As for ideas, how about meeting just a little earlier then cruise somewhere for dinner? .......does not matter to me though, I'm in regardless.

Last meet I went to that involved a cruise, which was literally years ago, involved a loop around the airport. It was very cool because we would stop at one point in a small, secluded parking lot off the side of the road that overlooked the airport/runways. I'm not really familiar with the roads, though. So, I couldn't tell you where it exactly was, but it was a nice spot for a photo shoot.

And to add a little distance for any North/Northeast Dallas folks I will throw in the Arlington Highlands off of I20 and 360. Tons of places to eat, drink, and play although it does get quite crowded there.

So meet in Addison and cruise to Arlington Highlands for eats/drinks? Either way I'll probably eat my meal in the parking lot and have a golf club ready to tee someone's head right off their shoulders as soon as they door ding my car. Arlington Highlands gets packed! God bless I'll cry like a new born baby if that day ever comes.....

The highlands do get packed and be careful of the cops. We had a nice meet there not to long ago when I had my Z but it got shut down but saturdays may be different. If you guys do go to the highlands ill have to stop by and check you guy's 7s out. I don't have a 7 yet but looking to become a future rotary enthusiast.

+1 I don't want to cruise somewhere and then stand around in the parking lot. Must fill my cup We could leave NYSLUKN and his golf club in the parking lot though to keep an eye on the cars
Here's a link to some stuff happening in October: http://www.town-mall.net/community/events-october.html
Don't have time right now to search through all the listings, but take a look. Anything jump out at anyone?
