Just checking to see if anyone going this weekend? I'll be there instructing both days and trying to run lower than 1:18s this time around in 1.7 CW direction.
Is there a way to just come out and watch? My 7 needs some TLC-flush, plugs, hoses, etc, before I drive it hard. But I would like to come out and see the event.
I did 2 weeks ago ECR and the heat was so brutal, my waste gate vaccum hose melted.
Never doing a Summer event again.
My coolant/oil/intake temps were awesome.
When I ran out of water injection, then the intake temp jumped to about 65*C (149*F).
The coolant/oil started going up, but never went beyond 100*C for coolant and 98*C for the oil.
Never doing a Summer event again.
