i think that guy was in front of me when we first got on the highway cuz i saw him kick a blue flame and then a lot of smoke

 

that sucks, hope he can get that motor swapped out in time for the next run

 

it was a cool - run - would have been better if the leaders didnt take off and i got stuck with a group that had no clue where they were going - my buddy and i got video of it - somewhat, but since we arrived so late from the rest of the group. didnt get all the cars. i hope i have a much better experience next time - but i still had fun.

Brocke, your poor car. Atleast your okay, your car will be back to life in no time. Thats why i didnt drive my car out there, i was afraid that my motor would go.

 

lol yeah it kinda sucks but im not too worried about it.

it had 195,000 miles on an engine that has never been rebuilt, so going 120 down the tollway wasn't exactly the smartest thing lol.

so while its down im going to do a t2 swap, unless i can find something else in the area. and i always have my A6 to drive around in the meantime.

theres a JDM importer in Richardson - http://www.jdmenginescorp.com - they have pretty decent prices. i bought a KLZE for my MX3 there for 800. will be getting my rotary there too.

Hooray i get a new(reman) PS pump tomorrow..... my engine is so filthy and oily THEN everyone in the neighborhood decided to mow their lawns while my hood was up so there is grass stuck the f'k all over everything.

 

HAHAHAHAHA!!! sorry man, but that is HI-larious. You should leave the grass in there so next time somebody says that your car smells like a lawnmower you can say "Well no ****, look it eats grass!"

goddammit all i gotta do is put the ffff....reakin pulley and belt back on and put PS fluid in........ BUT..... i can't get that god forsaken f'kn metal key off of the old pulley shaft to put into the new shaft. WHY can't they just give you a new 5 cent piece of metal with a reman instead of making me waste an hour with no luck at all to reuse an old one which is about to become a useless one if I keep at it.
