I think the 4th of July would be a vawy vawy dangerous day for our cars to be oot and aboot so I think the following Saturday would be ideal.... besides.... who wants to stand in a parking lot when you could be gettin your swerve on where there's lots of hotties celebrating the 4th.

I can make the 11th...gives me more time to try to figure out why the '83 has suddenly devloped a nasty habit of just cutting out at speed...

 

I'd suspect fuel issues. Fuel pump, filter, possibly the fuel pickup inside the tank clogging.

Just saw this... im trying to sway the guys into doing something in the city on Friday night... on the 4th we are going to be out in Rockwall at Kyles'z (Tessai) watching fireworks. RedR1 and myself are staying at the Quorum Mariott in Addision (I think).

 

I guess I'll miss both days since I don't get back from vacation on time, hopefully next month.

 

Friday night (7/3) is Kaboom town in addison, all the bars and restaurants do things outside, and they have fireworks in the middle of addison, its always fun. great for bar hopping, but traffic is bad, so find a place to park that is central so you can walk around.

 

We are staying at the Addison Quorum Mariott.

 

thats a nice hotel, been to many after parties there. maybe we can get some of the rotary guys to all meet up for some bar hopping

How long do you guys stick around. I don't get off work until 8:30 I believe, then its a bit of a drive...

 

depends on if we have a cruise and/or impatience. There's been times a few of us have been out there till 1-2am.

 

All the more reason we should decide on a destination now. If Starfox07 wants to come out then he'll know where everyone will be if he's late getting off work.

What's going on this weekend? Any big events the club can crash (I totally mean that in a very poorly worded-analogous kind of way... no one should crash their vehicles )

I'll keep my eyes and ears open though in the next couple days for something good. Actually, Clint always seems to be "in the know."
