I haven't been to one of these in quite awhile, and I wanted to go to this months, but I have to work. Maybe next months. I'm not totaly sure I'll be welcome anymore since my one RX-7 really is a RX-5.7 (LT-1 V8). I do still have the stock 89 vert though.

I'll be coming from east side of Dallas...near Garland/Mesquite if anyone wants to cruise over there together.

Two different days this week around 4:30-5:30pm I saw RX-7s driving west bound on Garland Rd (Hwy 78). Both sightings were right by White Rock Lake.

Monday was a blue FC..... S4 I believe

Wednesday was a green FD...looked to be a female driver.

Anyone know these folks? You guys on the forum?? Both cars looked stock to me. I'm taking the 7 to work tomorrow just in case I see either one of you

According to the DMN, a live photoshoot before the show with about 15-20 "pinup models." Hmmm.....think any of them would like to pose next to a stock t2? Probably not, but some of you guys have some sweet rides with which I'm sure any of the girls would love to spread em on your hood.

 

If anyone's up for it, Adria and I are going to the Rx8 meet at Los Lupes in Addison (off Belt Line Rd west of Midway) tonight. The meet time is at 7:30pm. We'll be heading out 'bout 7 or so. Anyone who's wanting to come is welcome to. As far as they know, I'm the only rx7 showing up. It'd be funny to have several show up and crash it.

NOOOOO right rear tire is severely corded. And the RX-7 has to be parked because it is about to pop and no one carries 255/35ZR18 and 285/30ZR18 in stock...

So the RX-7 is definitely the number one tire killing car in it's weight class...
