Looking for a house in this area. Draw a triangle from DFW airport - Addison - Love Airport. That puts me in Carrollton, farmers branch, and Irving.

The house has to be under 130,000, under 1500 sq ft, and a two car garage. Honestly, don't have much more than that for requirements. Infact, I really don't want a house. But i am just tired of renting.

Anyways, what are your thoughts on those three towns? Thanks!

Why does it have to be under 1500 sq ft? Did you find one? I recently bought a house that is 1803 Sq Ft. for $130,300. It appraised for $145,000.

 

Because I didn't need all that space :P

But I ended up moving to Denver...

Where 80 bucks per sqaure foot is a dream...

160k will buy you something under 1000 sq ft and maybe a two car...but hey at least property tax is less :P
