DFW: FC Cranks but Won't Start
I've recently acquired an 87 NA that cranks but will not start. I plan on checking the obvious items (spark, fuel, compression) but don't know what else to look at. Was curious if anybody would be willing to come by in the evening or on the weekend (preferable) and take a look at it with me? If you have a compression tester that would be great as I don't.
Motor has 220k on it and recently stopped starting (battery still fresh). When I got this car the plan was just to swap another motor into it since I assumed the motor was blown but previous owner informed me it just stopped starting. I'd be remiss if I didn't give it a try to get the motor to turn over in case it's something silly and minor.

And it seems the motor was flooded by the previous owner. She turned over with a bit of prompting after pulling the fuses under the hood. Still doesn't turn over as cleanly as my 86 did.
