Brian Weiner - Convicted Car Theif / to be release from jail
*** Important Notice for any Houston area RX-7***
Just wanted to advise the club and anyone else out there that convicted RX-7 theif Brian Weiner is due to be released from jail this week. My information shows that he will spend a short time in boot camp, then be released to the general public.
If any of you guys had or stil lhave ties with Brian, be advised he is a known convict and a terrible blemish in the clubs history. (even though he was NEVER a member)
I cannot tell you whom to have dealings with, but know this if you are known to be a freind of Brian's you will not be welcomed by the club. My words are very strong concerning this because we have lost some of our best club members due to his actions.
As the current RX-7 club president I feel it is very importnat to stress again that Brian Weiner is no freind of the club, and if you re a freind of his you are NOT a freind of ours.

I think it would almost be worth serving the jail time for assault for beating this worthless f*ck.
For those who don't know, he researched a certain Houston 7 Club Member's Web Page and used it to figure out how to disarm the alarm and steal the car.
This lowlife doesn't deserve to be back on the streets. If there's any justice in this world, he'll get hit by an 18 wheeler the first time he crosses the street.
And if I sound harsh, it's b/c I spoke w/the victim the day after it happened and the poor guy was acting as if he'd lost a child--I almost had my 7 stolen 2 years ago and can relate.
F*cking Parasite.....

Update on Brian's whereabouts:
Man Guilty Of Murder In Deadly Ballroom Blaze
Conviction Carries Up To Life Sentence
POSTED: 12:43 p.m. CDT May 23, 2005
UPDATED: 2:29 p.m. CDT May 23, 2005
Story by Click2Houston
HOUSTON -- A man charged with setting a fire that killed a Houston firefighter was convicted of murder Monday afternoon, Local 2 reported.
Jurors found Jeremy Robinson, 32, guilty of murder at about 12:30 p.m. He faces five years to life in prison.
Firefighter Kevin Kulow, 32, was killed as he battled a blaze at the El Festival Ballroom in northeast Houston on April 4, 2004. Three other firefighters were injured. Kulow's body was found after the flames had been extinguished.
After four days of testimony, attorneys wrapped up closing arguments and handed the case to the jury at about 10 a.m.
Prosecutors hammered home that Robinson was the mastermind of a plan to burn down the El Festival Ballroom on Kempwood at Wirt.
"Jeremy Robinson and Brian Weiner went back behind the ballroom, where they set the fire. James Guevarra and Patricia Praker pulled up across the street from the ballroom to act as lookouts in the case," prosecutor Caroline Dozer said.
The state said Guevarra, 20, was involved in a bitter custody dispute with his estranged wife, who worked at the ballroom, and the suspects were allegedly concerned that his wife would give police information about crimes the trio had committed.
"Stealing people's identities, writing bad checks -- ones that are forged, belong to other people, or out-and-out false checks, where no account exists," Dozier said.
During closing arguments, Dozier told jurors that Robinson's guilt was proven by his co-defendants turning evidence against him, and through receipts and store surveillance video that shows him purchasing gas cans at a Wal-Mart and $60 in gas at a Citgo station.
But, defense attorneys insisted the state had not proven intent to commit arson and claimed that 23-year-old Weiner's testimony was not credible, saying, "If his mouth is open, he is lying."
Guevarra and Weiner are expected to plead guilty to felony murder.
Patricia Praker, 29, also charged in connection with Kulow's death, will be tried separately.

More details:
Con Artist Convicted of Arson Death of Firefighter in Texas
............
ASSOCIATED PRESS
HOUSTON (AP) -- A con artist was convicted Monday of killing a rookie Houston firefighter by helping start a nightclub fire to cover up his check-fraud and identity-theft ring.
Jeremy Steven Robinson, 32, faces life in prison for murder in the death of Kevin Kulow in April 2004.
Robinson was one of four people charged in Kulow's death.
James Guevara was granted limited immunity and ordered to testify against Robinson, but refused to answer prosecutors' questions. He was charged with contempt and sent to jail.
Brian Michael Weiner, 24, made a plea deal that limits his sentence to 40 years or less. Weiner said he helped pour the gasoline used to fuel the blaze.
Robinson's girlfriend, Patricia Praker, 30, also made a deal for 10 years of probation. She said she knew of the arson plot.
Weiner and Praker testified at the trial, which resumes Tuesday with the sentencing phase in a Harris County state district court in Houston.
Prosecutors said the arson stemmed from a child custody fight in which Guevara's wife, a waitress at the El Festival Ballroom, threatened to tell police about Guevara and Robinson's scams.

FYI...His father lives (or lived) in the Meyerland area south of Braeswood; west of 610. At least he did in late 2003 early 2004. I believe his father was renting a house at the time. Dad runs a locksmith business.
Don't ask me how I know.....and for the record I am NOT a friend of Brian's. DrKilljoy and Roadsterdoc know the story.

His dad is a locksmith, I hope he uses his powers for good, not evil. He must have passed along the trait along to his son. I wonder if dad taught him how to pick up soap without bending over?
