Why do you need local? I'd go here - Custom Built Aluminum Radiators - Ron Davis Racing Products

These are the same ones Mazdaspeed sells and they can build whatever you want.

Because I want to set the old radiator in front of them and say "I need it exactly like this one, but move this, put in a high efficiency core, and add some mounting tabs for this thing"
