If I'm not mistaken, those roads for the cruise are kinda bad.

My right rear wheel got fucked up, I think it was due to the last cruise...
It's minor but not very good looking, and it's expensive as **** to get wheel fixed or bent back into shape. Kinda sucks because these wheels are out of production.


BTW does anyone know if Scoot has a website? I'm looking for a Scoot hood...

how come I dont see any meeting being set up like in plano or garland maybe frisco. fort worth or south dallas is just too far for me to drive to meet fellow rotary owners especially at the gas prices lately.

What kind of person would pull an FD over for noise when rev-matching into 2nd and then end up giving them a ticket for no front plate. Little bitch... that rev-match was no louder than a shitty Harley Dividson...

well i guess that it would not be air everyone else. but hey i have been driving my white FChere in texas without a front license plate since 2000 and in plano since 2005 and I have never been pulled over by any cop anywere. I also have an exhaust, racing beat header, bonez starigt pipe, apexi dual N1, bonez high flow main cat.

 

Well your car specs indicate your car to be a lot more sound and emissions legal than most of us. Lucky me GP police don't seem to mind my nosiemaker because the Hondas are far worse

 

Getting pulled over for no front plate is usually what the cops do when they couldn't nail you for something else e.g. they saw you speeding but didn't get it on radar, or they saw you hotfoot around a corner but didn't really break any laws etc. They can always pull you over for no front plate and give you a lecture on the other stuff.

 

That cop was just being a dick...

 

Las Colinas is pretty much right in the middle of the metroplex ... Besides, if we met anywhere else, we'd just have to drive all the way back to see decent girls and drink specials. I dunno bout you, but I like meeting in the middle of things ... that's where the fun's at! hehehe

Back when we met every wednesday, we were more open to changing the location. Now that it's just once a month, let's stick to good things.

By the way, my seven is driveable now ... not a looker like my last rx7, but it's louder and might fall apart any second! Needless to say, I'll blend in with you guys nicely. I'm ready for some cruisin! WOOO!!!

the meet is still in the same place--at chedars (635 and macarthur), same place it has been for 8 years. now the rally will take us to ft worth this month, as it took us to the west end last month, lewisville the month before that.
