For your goals you could get away with stock primary injectors, will make for less time tuning the idle/cruise. Everything else seems pretty realistic, plugs are a bit of a debate. People have made that and more on stock 9's all around, although I personally like the NGK R6725's, or the slightly more expensive R7420's (same as re-badged Greddy RE's)

Definitely wanna make sure your FPR is functioning properly, if your fuel pressure reg. doesn't maintain delta under boost, you will run lean and could likely pop your engine. Do you have a tuner lined up? What about the block, is it stock from Mazda, rebuilt?

Also, the 62-1 is capable of putting down around 500whp on a rotary, so if you want to leave room for growth it's fine, but you can get away with a slightly smaller turbo if you're looking for more response. I.E. 60-1, T04E 60 trim, 35R/3574...

engine is completely stock dont think it has had a rebuild so when it eventually gives up will give it a large streetport and aim for high 400 or maybe even the 500 club

im not too worried about having a bit of lag as might get a more resonable mpg as super unleaded is £5.46 a gallon

im not sure what tuner to take it to yet as all the decent ones are 2hrs or so away
