i have a 93 13b w/single turbo. i just wanted to make a write up of the things that i have done so far and the results of what have been done thus far. just info for those of use who are new at rotaries.

i purchased my rx7 on june of 2002. the car had 86000 miles on it and a motor that was in running order. however the the boost was not normal, to which i found that the turbo actuator and the gate were not connected because the clip had fallen/broken off. so i put a new clip on and the boost was acting normal. so then i purchased the apex power flow twin intake, apex carbon wrapped cat back, pfc, and gutted the precat. by now it was already getting pretty cold dipping into the 40's over night and on my way to work got a really back knock, (140 on pfc) after that i noticed the idle was very rough and the car was hard to start. so i concluded that it was time of a rebuild. the car sat for a while(about a month) i desided i was gonna rebuild the motor myself(im a mechanic) since it was slow at work. purchased a rebuild kit from rotaryaviation that came with 2mm 2peice apex seals, o-rings, and misc things to complete the rebuild. when the motor was apart i noticed the rear rotor housing had scores in it for the broken apex seal that had been rubbing it. purchased an housin from mazda for around 500 and proceeded to do a large street port on the on the outer plates with the assistance of a friend. while i was already in over my head with this car i pulled out my am/ex card and started buying.(list on signature)
i seem to be babbling on so to make a long story short. i have finished the car and wanted to provide my .02.
using a trimed t4 provided by inline performance(honda performance shop) and a cast hks manifold you can hear the turbo start to spool at 3000rpm(if not sooner).
the settings on the pfc are as follows,
all the igl, igt and inj maps are what came with the pfc(until i can get to reative for tuning).
pim section at 1000 rpm is down to 75%
in injector settings the fr/rr-sc is +.08
acceleration enrichment 1000rpm 7.5ms

with these setting i am able to drive the car without being lean actually the car is still very rich.
