XS T04-S coated parts

Just though I'd share my newly Turbo coated mainfold and housing. Supposed to run 20 to 30% cooler? We'll see. Looks good.

What did you coat them with? where did you get them done? I assume its same process as Jet Coating.

It is called HPC. It is not a jet-hot coating. I was told that the heat generated would burn standard jet-hot coating right off. It is some type of ceramic with a black high-heat paint coating.

I sent them through a local speed shop. The company is down South somewhere. They did not give me a whole lot of detail obviously or I would go direct.

Both pieces together cost 295.00 plus freight.

You have to be careful not to nick it when you install then.
