Would this work?

I found a turbo for sale and was wondering if is would work for a third gen and what kind of power it can make. I'm not real familiar with compressor and turbine housing sizes and what not. The turbo is a T04E 60-1 .70 compressor housing, and a .84 turbine housing, its not bb, and its in really good condition. no shaft play. The guy said he bought it new boosted it to 9psi 3 times in the
neighborhood and got something bigger. What sounds like a fair price?

What do you think? Will it work?

It would be a great turbo for a street every day driver and good to about 420hp safely.... Maybe $600-$700 since it's used and in really good condition... Of course you need to start at around $400 or so...

That exhaust is too small... you'll choke your motor. With that a/r, your spool up time will be quite fast, but top end will suffer. This is not a HUGE deal... exhaust housings are cheap. Buy this (for $500) and try it out... if you want more top end, up the a/r....

btw, with that a/r, I can almost gurantee you will not hit 400 rwhp, the top end just won't be there... but the acceleration will be.

get a bigger a/r (1.15 divided), I don't think you'll regret it.
