Would a single 38mm wastegate be to small

i plan to run very low boost on my 13b old school 4port setup with a blow-thru sidedraft. looking
for only 8-10 psi. will a single 38mm Tail wastegate be to small causing boost creep?

T3/T4 hybrid turbo, and custom made manifold. This setup is going into a corolla.

38 is probably fine if the plumbing is well thought out.

IIRC, 34mm is what BNR ports out stock s4 housings to on their stage 3 upgrade.
