Says T04R T78 T88 TD-07 TD-08, so Im guessing it will.

Yes, it'll work fine. Do a search for 'ssautochrome'... there's been a bit of controversy over these things . They're not the highest quality (note the step between the piping and the turbo flange for example), but they seem to work OK for most people. For the money my guess is it's hard to beat.

Exactly, I noticed the "controversy" and how people have had it on the shelf because its so bad, bu then how do you know? Honestly w/e for 150$ its no big deal.

Well it says it now has 2.7mm piping, which is decently thick. I'm not sure what wall thickness the "controversial" ones had, but I thought that was one of the main problems with them. If they fixed that, should be a much better unit...

i've read recently on this forum that you should probably have the flanges machined to be flattened when you get it because they arent the straightest... (i also have no first-hand experience with them, just what i've read)
other than that, they seem fine.
