Question Wide-band O2 Question

First. Is it necessary to install a wide-band o2?? I know i have heard that it is when your are tuning to perfection. i will do some tuning but not to that extent. But would it still be a good idea to install one anyway for the a/f ratios.

2nd. The only wide-band 02 kit i have seen so far is the AEM Uego kit for like $350. Any other recommendations???

Don't see how you can do any real tuning without one.
Unless you spend the same or more money on a dyno.
