Why T-78?
i doubt most people who slap on a t78 use it's full capabilities. why use such a big turbo if you don't need it. wouldn't a t30-40 do? if you were aiming for 400hp a smaller single turbo would do the job right?

i agree with MrKentChu, people think that by bolting on a huge turbo, they are going to make shitloads of power. they might, but the power is realized at 6000rpm, i don't know anybody that drives around on the streets a 6000rpm. what if you put a smaller turbo on there and have the power come in a 3800rpm or around there, wouldn't it be alot more fun to drive if instead of having to wait for the power to be there, you just stomped on it and it was there.
Thats why mazda put the twin hitachi's on there to begin with. so it had power down low and power up higher in the rev range.
