search EBay for aluminum elbows. There is an excellent vendor on there. Carl

Why not use thin walled SS ?
Save some money, easier fabrication and welding, and to make up for the weight difference, just take that gym bag out of your trunk that's been sitting there for a week.

Try local metal or alloy suppliers. Also look for stores that specialize in selling surplus pipe, sheet, and plate material ... you can find great deals at these places. I found some sheet aluminum locally in Houston for next to nothing.

Just noticed you are in Houma. I lived there for 12 years as a kid, I hope the town is treating you well.

I was born in Houston, went to kindergarten and first grade in Brownsville. I've lived in New Orleans area for a long time. I've been in Houma for 10 years. It's OK but it's also a weird place.

Thanks for the replies - I'm trying to fix up a section that's coming off the T66 and going to the GReddy SMIC (w/ A2L conversion).
