Who here has a Borg Warner S366?
after some more investergating ive found that borgwarner do 2 race covers for the s366xl series turbos on there supplyers site but yeh ill measure that turbine up andf get back to ya on the size the center of the turbo is definitly my 366 as the serial numbers still match the tag

I eventually got a S362/3 made up for me. For this turbo there are a couple of different covers you could actually use, other than the regular BW, here's a couple. The first picture is a different BW and in the second one is a specific CAT(which I got-much better than the regular one).
Just watch when you do bracing like that. My manifolds are all stress free as I know how to make a weld pattern. If you just go welding crazy and add some bracing you're going to have a TON of stress involved. I don't even want to tell you what will happen when it gets introduced to some nice rotary EGT's...

No, trust me it's good. It's there to support when the manifold gets hot or you add a larger turbo (that was a 42r manifold). The whole point is to concentrate where you're putting the heat while welding. This is the main reason "other" companies manifolds don't fit well when you bolt things up. I can't tell you how many setups have wasted my time with this "Vo-Tech" kiddy manifolds... Grrrr!
I know this is super old. But what is the different covers ? I need the smaller one for fitment issues
