I eventually got a S362/3 made up for me. For this turbo there are a couple of different covers you could actually use, other than the regular BW, here's a couple. The first picture is a different BW and in the second one is a specific CAT(which I got-much better than the regular one).

Beautiful. I'm going with the same dual-wg / s366 setup. I might have to send this photo over to my fabricator. Thanks!

Just watch when you do bracing like that. My manifolds are all stress free as I know how to make a weld pattern. If you just go welding crazy and add some bracing you're going to have a TON of stress involved. I don't even want to tell you what will happen when it gets introduced to some nice rotary EGT's...

yeah i was curious about that, since its so boxed in on that design... looks cool but might not be good for heat cycle expansion/contraction

No, trust me it's good. It's there to support when the manifold gets hot or you add a larger turbo (that was a 42r manifold). The whole point is to concentrate where you're putting the heat while welding. This is the main reason "other" companies manifolds don't fit well when you bolt things up. I can't tell you how many setups have wasted my time with this "Vo-Tech" kiddy manifolds... Grrrr!
