Where to rebuild tubos?

I tried posting this in the 3rd gen section but got no replies. I need to rebuild my stock turbos since they are smoking pretty badly. I remember reading that there is a rebuild kit out there that you can do yourself. Anyone know who sells it and how much? What does it come with? Thanks in advance.

I had mine rebuilt at turbo city in Orange, California but i heard they dont do a good job with fd turbos. If i were you, I'd probably have them rebuilt at KDR and go non-sequential.

Thanks for the reply. I've heard a lot of bad things about Turbo City's rebuilds, but does ayone know if their turbo rebuild kits are any good? I was thinking of getting them and doing it myself. I've also heard that the main seal on the turbine side doesn't get replaced during a rebuild. Is this true? That seems like a bad idea since that is where I think the oil is leaking out. I've contacted Majestic Turbo as well and they sound pretty good. They said it would take one day and I would have a 6 month warranty for $750. Any more input??
